How much is shipping?
Shipping costs vary by country and continent. For example, in the United States, the shipping cost is $4.69-$5 for T-shirts. The highest worldwide shipping rate is $11.99, which is more common for remote locations or countries. Shipping costs are determined by the shipping address and are displayed before checkout. When will my tees arrive?
Since we work with external printing companies that also ship our products, we have no control over the exact shipping time. This can vary from region to region. When you place an order, a delivery timeframe is established. This is approximately 6-14 business days. Should delivery times unexpectedly take longer, please let us know by contacting us.
Countries and regions where delivery is not possible.
Delivery is not possible to the Russian Federation, Syria, Iran, regions in Ukraine: Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk, Belarus, the Gaza Strip region in Palestine, Cuba, Ecuador, or North Korea. Certain items are also not available for shipping to certain regions (such as the U.S. Virgin Islands). If you have any questions about shipping, please contact us.
What is your return policy?
You can return your item(s) for a refund or exchange them within 14 days of delivery. The product can be returned to the print address ( SCHULZE,AUERSTRASSE 10249 Berlin Germany) within this time.In case of returns, shipping costs (such as wrong size, fabric not liked, print not imagined...) must be borne by the buyer. Once the item has been received by us and is free of defects (obviously worn, cracks, stains, or odor), your money will be refunded.
Damage during transport
If there is obvious damage during transport, please take clear photos of the damage and let us know so that we can provide a replacement.
Wrong ordered color of the product or misprint
If the product is incorrectly colored or has obvious printing defects (missing colors, incorrect print lines, etc.), please report the defects to us with photos via the Contact Us link, and we will investigate the defects.
