Shipping policy

8)Shipping and returns

8.1 If, according to the content of the contract, the Seller is not only responsible for delivering goods but also for processing the goods according to the Customer's specifications, the Customer must provide the Seller with all content required for processing, such as texts, images, or graphics, in the formats, formatting, image, and file sizes specified by the Seller and grant the necessary usage rights. The Customer is solely responsible for obtaining the rights and providing the content. The Customer affirms and assumes responsibility that they have the right to use the content provided to the Seller. In particular, they must ensure that no third-party rights are infringed, especially copyright, trademark, and personal rights.

8.2 The customer shall indemnify the seller against any claims by third parties that they may assert against the seller in connection with an infringement of their rights through the contractual use of the customer's content by the seller. The customer shall also bear the reasonable costs of the necessary legal defense, including all court and attorney's fees in the statutory amount. This shall not apply if the customer is not responsible for the infringement. In the event of a claim by third parties, the customer is obligated to provide the seller immediately, truthfully, and completely with all information necessary for the examination of the claims and a defense.

8.3 The seller reserves the right to refuse processing orders if the content provided by the customer for this purpose violates legal or official prohibitions or offends common decency. This applies in particular to the provision of content that is anti-constitutional, racist, xenophobic, discriminatory, offensive, harmful to minors, and/or glorifies violence.

8.4 The seller reserves the right to retain the sales price, including shipping costs, of an item that has been duly dispatched by the contracted printing company if the item could not be delivered to the customer by the shipping company due to missing address details, incorrect address details, deception by appropriating false address data from another person, failure to collect the item from a collection point of the shipping carrier, resulting in the item being returned to the printing company, refusal to accept the items ordered by the customer from the shipping carrier.

8.5. The customer has the option to change their shipping address promptly and correctly by contacting the seller, provided the item has not yet been produced by the seller's printing company and is ready for shipment. After this point, it is no longer possible for the seller to correct the shipping method. The processing time for orders by the seller's printing company varies and is beyond the seller's control. If the seller is no longer able to change the shipping address and the goods cannot be delivered to or received by the customer as a result, it is the customer's responsibility to accept the ordered item/delivery or to arrange for the new delivery address to be changed with their local shipping provider. If the customer is unable to accept the item at the new shipping address, the seller assumes no liability towards the customer, and the item ordered by the customer is considered to have been properly shipped by the seller.

8.6. The respective printing plant selects its shipping provider for sending the items, depending on location and tariff conditions. Since we, as the seller, do not ship the item, but rather the nearest regional printing plant does, we have no influence on the choice of shipping provider. Therefore, the customer cannot independently choose a shipping provider. If the customer unilaterally enters a parcel locker of a different shipping provider than the one chosen by the printing plant as the delivery address, this is considered an incorrect address. The customer must then take care of the necessary corrections themselves. The item is considered delivered upon handover from the printing plant to the printing plant's shipping provider.

8.7. If a customer wishes to return goods within the 14-day return period, they must initiate a return request via their order and then return the goods at their own expense to the main address Schulze, Auerstrasse 39, 10249 Berlin, Germany, and provide the shipment number and tracking number. Unauthorized or accidental return to the respective printing plant does not count as a return of the item. Upon arrival at the seller's main address, the returned goods will be checked for defects that could prevent them from being resold, such as stains, tears, holes, wear and tear of any kind, unacceptable odors such as sweat, perfume, or fabric softener, and visual impairments. The seller reserves the right to retain the sales price including shipping costs until the item has been inspected. If there are no complaints, the sales price of the item will be refunded. The seller cannot refund shipping costs. If the item is not returned within the 14-day refund period, and no shipping number or tracking number from the return service provider has been sent to the seller by email, and therefore no proof of return is available, the customer is not entitled to a refund of the item price.

8.8. As a seller, we operate as a print-on-demand company. This means that your order is automatically forwarded to the nearest regional printing plant commissioned by us and the order is accepted. The item is then produced and shipped from there. We are therefore not the manufacturer or shipper of your ordered item. If there is any uncertainty about the shipment of your item, such as its whereabouts or damage during transport, the shipping service provider is responsible. As we are not the shipper or recipient, we cannot investigate the matter with the respective shipping service provider for data protection reasons.8.9. If the customer is acting as a consumer, they are requested to complain to the delivery company about any goods delivered with obvious transport damage and to inform the seller thereof. If the customer fails to do so, this shall have no effect on their statutory or contractual claims for defects.

8.9. If the customer is acting as a consumer, they are requested to report any goods delivered with obvious transport damage to the delivery agent and to inform the seller thereof. Failure to do so shall not affect the customer's statutory or contractual warranty rights.

8.10. The following countries and regions are excluded from shipping or opening an online store. Belarus, Vietnam, Russian Federation, Iran, North Korea, China, Turkmenistan, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Hong Kong, Ecuador, Guadeloupe, French Polynesia, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, and Virgin Islands U.S. Either the printer manufacturer commissioned by us does not ship items to these regions, or our website is protected against copyright piracy. These regions have been blocked from accessing our website by IP recognition blockers. If this has been knowingly circumvented with VPN access and an item is still ordered to one of the regions mentioned, the purchase amount cannot be refunded.
